Aquatics Expedition Camp

July 30th – August 4th

Aquatics Expedition Camp is perfect for anyone looking to experience over 15 watersports in one week with this extreme water-filled adventure.  Lifeguard instructors will challenge your physical and mental fortitude, provide personalized instruction, and create a space for tons of fun in the sun. Participants will have an all-access pass to the pristine lakefront on Seneca Lake and the Camp Babcock-Hovey pool to master a few of their favorite water activities. Try over 15 watersports including: Motorboating, Small Boat Sailing, Standup Paddle-Boating, Wake Boarding, Water Skiing, Personal Tubing, Team Tubing, Kayaking, Canoeing, Swimming, a Water Trampoline, Row Boating, Snorkeling, Mile Swim, Scuba and more!

Program elements include hands on instruction, personal challenges, and group competitions. The week culminates in an awesome beach party and cookout. Participants will camp in a lean-to campsite and will have full access to the dining hall.

Expedition Camps are for individuals seeking a focused program in one of the following areas. Open to CO-ED registration up to age 21, Babcock-Hovey Expedition Camps are designed to refine your skills, challenge your limits, and develop a deeper understanding of Scouting’s core values.
