6 p.m. Reception
7 p.m. Dinner & Program
Over 5,000 area youth take part in the once-in-a-lifetime adventures and character building programs that can only be found in Scouting. In doing so, they discover skills they never knew they had and develop into the leaders we’ll need in the years to come. Scouting makes a dramatic, positive impact on our youth, our families, and our communities, but it won’t happen without your support.
The Seneca Waterways Council is kicking off its 2024 Friends of Scouting (annual campaign) appeal with a dinner on Tuesday, December 5 at Woodcliff Hotel & Spa. Guests are invited to attend this event led by our finest Scouts and listen to keynote remarks from Major General Gregory Hunt USA (Ret.) as he shares the need for young people of values and character, particularly in service to our country.
Guests are asked at the dinner to make a minimum pledge of $250 or more to Friends of Scouting. They also have the opportunity to make a multi-year commitment to provide vital and planned funding for future years.
