The main office of Seneca Waterways Council, Inc. BSA is located in Rochester, New York. It serves the Scouting community with support through the Todd-Hale Servicenter, located on the first and second floors, and the Strong Scout Shop, located on the basement level.
Office parking is accomodated along the west and east sides of the building, and by a complimentary lot located to the rear. The building is street level accessible and an elevator is located immediately to the left inside the west-side main entrance.
The eastern region of Seneca Waterways Council is served by the Howard L. Sprague Servicenter, located in Geneva, NY along with a scout shop located in the facility.
The Council also operates three camps, the J. Warren Cutler Scout Reservation, located in Naples, New York; Camp Babcock-Hovery, located on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake; and Massawepie Scout Camps, located near Tupper Lake, New York.
