Through the operation of the Todd-Hale Servicenter, Seneca Waterways Council provides for executive and support staff supervision, organization of new Scouting units, service for existing units, training of volunteer leaders, and maintenance of council camps. In addition, the Servicenter maintains advancement and membership records.

M-F - 9:30 am-6:00 pm
Sat - 10:00 am–2:00 pm
Closed Sunday & Major Holidays
Note - Strong Scout Shop will be open on Veteran's Day - Friday Nov. 11, 2011 from 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
