Dial the telephone number next to the staff position.
If the staff member you are calling is on the telephone, out-of-the-office or away from the desk you will be connected to that members's voice mail. Please leave a detailed message including the reason you are calling, your name, and your telephone number.
If the message is urgent, press zero, "0", and you will be connected to the receptionist who will be glad assist you. |
